Joining the League

To join the league all one has to do is go to an evaluation. First thing to do is find the dates of the evaluations, there are usually more than one. During the evaluation, coaches look at every player specifically and try to put them on teams according to their skill level. This is not to separate the good from the bad, but to arrange groups that can be taught how to do things correctly based on the skills they already had. This way, the coaches won't have to worry about a player being bored while another player may be behind and need extra attention.

Once on a team, the girls are assigned a coach and all grow in their skills together as a team. They then play on either an arranged league or in multiple tournaments. Evaluations are held usually twice a year; once in the fall and another in the spring.
